Do we ship outside the USA?

Body Xtreme Fitness only supply fitness equipment to the USA.

Do your products need assembly?

Assembly is required on most of our equipment. Most items come packed tightly in secured carton direct from the factory and do require assembly. There is an instruction manual in all items to assist with the assembly.

Pricing

Prices on website are shown in U.S. dollars only. Pricing is subject to change without notice. If an item goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund you the price difference in the form of store credit.

Why is there no shipping charge on my order?

Your shipping is on us! All orders are backed by our FREE & FAST shipping service.

Is there a Warranty for my purchase?

Body Xtreme Fitness provides a 6-month warranty on all parts associated through wear & tear. Any claims for parts are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please take pictures of damaged or defective parts beforehand, then send message through CONTACT US.

Do you sell replacement parts for items that are out of warranty?

For most of our products we carry replacement parts. They may be purchased and shipped direct to your door. Please refer to your manual for the exact part, or if you need further help you may use the CONTACT US link and drop us a message. We will be happy to provide assistance.

 What happens if my shipment is late?

Once your item is paid and ordered. You will receive a tracking number from one of our preferred shipping partners (UPS or FEDEX), you can then track your package online. Should your shipment be delayed, it is best to contact the shipping partner direct for any concerns.

Back Orders

Due to the demand, occasionally we may sell out of an item faster than expected. If this happens, the item will be placed on backorder and you will be given the choice to wait for the product or receive a refund.

Return Policy

Should you change your mind and you need to return your item, you will need to contact our customer service department through the “Contact Us” tab and receive an authority to return email. Then you will be required to organize the item to be safely shipped to our warehouse in California. Item must be returned in original condition. We recommend returning your item/s using an insured, traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process, nor are we responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Once your return has been received, inspected and processed, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately. Any product returns that are received either damaged or defective and otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please Note: If any part of your order is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving item. Save all the cartons and packing material for inspection. Body Xtreme Fitness will organize shipping costs (if we cannot provide appropriate parts for the return of these items.

Fraud

Body Xtreme Fitness reserve the right to cancel orders without notice if they appear to be fraudulent.
