Body Xtreme Fitness works very hard to keep all items in stock at all times.To make it easier for you, we have marked any items out of stock on the product description page.
All Items Include FREE Shipping All items ship Ground. Expedited Shipping is Not available. All items must ship to a physical street address and Cannot ship to PO Boxes.

WHERE WILL YOUR PARCEL BE LEFT?

The best place to leave a parcel is at freestanding properties which are set back from the street. If one of our preferred shipping partners (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) find there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, our preferred shipping partner will leave a delivery card and will take it to the nearest specified office.

RETURNS - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE STOCK

Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge only if Body Xtreme Fitness is notified within 3 days date of delivery received.
If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Body Xtreme Fitness, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you or a full refund of the incorrect items (not including the shipping cost) will be given upon its return to the Body Xtreme Fitness warehouse in CA.

CHANGE OF MIND

Have you ordered something and had a change of mind?
If your product has been dispatched and you have changed your mind, please notify Body Xtreme Fitness through the Contact Us page and we will organize for the item to be shipped back to our warehouse in CA. In some cases we will ask for pictures to ensure the item has not been opened or tampered with. The refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued after the item has arrived back safely into our warehouse.
